From brief to delivery.

  1. Step 1. You send a brief: what you need, how much of it, and any limits on setting, device or who's in frame.

  2. Step 2. We turn it into paid shot lists in the Pollen app, with the pay shown before anyone starts.

  3. Step 3. Contributors capture it live. The app checks focus and lighting before anything uploads.

  4. Step 4. Every file is reviewed for duplicates, quality and fit, then delivered with its metadata and consent record.

Clean data starts at capture.

Contributors are only paid for files that pass review, so the rules hold before anything reaches you.

Every file is

  • Captured by the contributor, in the Pollen app
  • Shot against a specific brief
  • Reviewed for duplicates, quality and fit before delivery
  • Licensed on its own, with consent recorded per file
  • De-identified: a random contributor ID, and photo location data removed

No file is

  • AI-generated or AI-edited
  • A screenshot, a repost or someone else's work
  • Filler like blank walls, ceilings or floors
  • Blurry, dark or a near-duplicate
  • Showing a face or a voice without opt-in

Contributors are paid like the work matters.

$1.75–$60

per approved task, plus 10% of that pay each time the dataset resells. Pay is shown before anyone starts, and people who are paid fairly come back knowing what a usable shot looks like.
